Shipping policies

All items ordered are shipped within 1 - 5 business days, unless noted in the product description.  We are a domestic company, and do not offer international shipping at this time.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another once your order has shipped. 

Returns / Exchanges

Please contact us at info@theharthouse.com within 15 days of delivery if you would like to make a return.  To be eligible for a return or exchange, your time must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

If an item arrives damaged upon delivery, please contact us so we can arrange for your replacement.
